DESIGNED DIFFERENTLY
This is Encora X1: Wearable Support for Essential Tremor
Encora X1 was designed to feel simple
Every detail, from the wrist-worn design to the mechanical stimulation experience, was built around a single goal: creating an effective essential tremor treatment option people can actually use in everyday life.
The result is technology sophisticated enough to do the hard work, and simple enough to disappear into everyday life. So simple that some say it only feels like a light, rhythmic sensation at the wrist.
What you don’t see is the years of engineering, neuroscience, clinical research, and product development behind it.

MECHANICAL NEUROSTIMULATION, NOT ELECTRICAL STIMULATION
Built around a different idea
Instead of using electrical current delivered through the skin, Encora X1 uses mechanical neurostimulation at the wrist. This approach was designed to work within the body’s natural movement pathways while avoiding some of the limitations associated with electrical stimulation or implanted options.
Our goal wasn’t simply to create another way to deliver therapy. It was to create an option that could remain available throughout the day, ready when symptoms surface and ready when life asks something of your hands. It also creates a path for people with implanted electrical devices, where electrical stimulation may carry restrictions or contraindications depending on device labeling.
HOW ENCORA X1 WORKS WITH YOUR BODY
The science behind the simplicity
Encora X1 may be easy to wear and easy to use, but years of research and engineering helped make it possible.
