Getting Encora X1 Through The VA

  • Visit your VA care team

    Ask your VA neurologist or care team whether Encora X1 is right for your essential tremor. Bring the discussion guide below to make the conversation easier.

  • VA places the order

    If your provider agrees Encora X1 is a fit, they’ll submit an order through the VA Prosthetics department. Then, Encora Therapeutics can ship it directly to you.

  • You begin therapy

    Encora X1 arrives ready to use, and your Encora Patient Advocate will help you get started, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident using it.

If you’re eligible to receive Encora X1 through the VA, your care team handles the ordering process. Coverage and any potential costs are determined by the VA based on your individual benefits and clinical needs. Everything You Need, On Day One

Your Encora X1 arrives with everything you need to get started. Your Patient Advocate will walk you through setup, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable using your device from day one.

Everyday Use

Wear It Whenever You Need Relief

Wear Encora X1 during the day whenever you need tremor relief — at home, running errands, working in the yard, or spending time with family. Charge it overnight so you’re ready for whatever tomorrow brings.

Bands & Replacements

Simple To Keep Going

Your wristband will need to be replaced periodically as part of normal therapy. When it’s time, your VA care team can help arrange a replacement — simply move the Encora X1 therapy module into the new band and keep going.
